SuitePad has announced
the launch of SuitePad
AI, a fully integrated, voice-activated assistant designed to enhance
in-room communication and reduce hotel staff workload.
Available
on all SuitePad
devices, the new solution combines SuitePad AI Voice and SuitePad
AI Chat, allowing guests to ask questions or make requests directly through
their in-room tablets, from booking spa appointments to checking breakfast
times. The assistant draws on hotel-specific data, contextual insights, and PMS
integrations to deliver instant, accurate, and on-brand responses.
During
beta testing across more than 30 hotels in Europe, SuitePad AI achieved strong
results. Romy
by Amano reported an 83% chat resolution rate, while Amano
Grand Central saw over 1,700 guest inquiries handled automatically,
significantly reducing front desk calls.
“Designing
SuitePad AI was about building a system that truly understands the hospitality
context,” said Paul Spieker, Head of Engineering at SuitePad. “Guests
get answers that are useful and timely, while hotel teams can focus where
they’re needed most.”
SuitePad
says the new assistant can cut routine front desk calls by up to 80–90%,
improving efficiency while giving guests a faster, more intuitive service
experience.
The
Berlin-based company provides in-room tablets to more than 1,000 hotels
worldwide, helping properties enhance guest communication, increase
revenue, and streamline operations.
