This integration aims to assist hotels in becoming compliant by automating the process of sharing guest information with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. According to the law, all hotels operating in the Kingdom must share guest details with the government.

Established by Royal Decree in 2014, the Shomoos Security System is a centralized, automated system within the National Information Network. Through this integration between Hotelogix and Shomoos, all guest data will be automatically sent to the National Information Center at the Ministry of Interior in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. With automation, hotels can eliminate the need to manually input guest data into Shomoos each time a guest checks in, thereby saving time, minimizing errors, and allowing staff to focus on more important tasks—serving guests better.
