Stayntouch has announced a direct integration between its cloud-native PMS and Staklio, an owner management platform that gives hospitality operators a branded owner portal. The connection runs without third-party middleware and targets condo hotels, mixed-ownership resorts and management companies with individually owned units in their rental pools.
The problem it solves
Keeping unit owners informed can become a heavy workload. Teams spend hours pulling reports, reconciling revenue and settlements and answering owner questions. Staklio replaces this with a branded portal where owners can see bookings, revenue and settlements for their units at any time, while the hotel keeps full control of its PMS and operations. Stayntouch says customers in ski, beach and other vacation markets have been asking for this capability.
How it works
Reservation data flows automatically from Stayntouch into Staklio. Operators can then:
- Automate settlements: generate monthly settlements with commissions, cleaning fees and expenses applied, moving through draft, approved, sent and paid stages.
- Share live performance: give owners dashboards with gross revenue, deductions, net payout, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
- Simplify owner stays: let owners request stays through the portal within per-unit night limits or credit budgets.
- Keep the brand: present the portal in the property's own logo and colors.
