Singapore - Hotelogix, a globally leading cloud-based hospitality technology provider, said that Saudi Arabia's Mirada Group has adopted its multi-property management system to gain centralised control over group operations. The entire group is now running on Hotelogix in line with their enterprise-wide digital transformation plan.
Mirada Group is a hotel operation and management company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Their primary focus is to provide exceptional guest services by utilising the best hospitality technology solutions to grow their hospitality business. They plan to expand their portfolio to 26 properties within the next couple of years.
According to Raid Abdullah, CEO of Mirada Group, “We migrated to the cloud with Hotelogix multi-property management system as the previous on-premises solution did not allow us to manage all properties centrally, compromising our ability to gain control over our business. Additionally, it could not integrate with a channel manager and didn’t help us comply with government regulations.”
The Saudi-based hospitality group is now using Hotelogix's Mobile Hotel PMS App to manage their operations and stay updated on their hotel's status from anywhere and anytime. Hotelogix is integrated with their preferred channel manager and assists the group in complying with the government-prescribed platforms, including the National Tourism Monitoring Platform (NTMP) and Zakat, Tax, and Custom Authority (ZATCA).
Speaking further on this association, Raid said, "Hotelogix took all our properties live in only 20-25 days with staff training, putting all our apprehensions at rest about the go-live timeline. We thank Hotelogix for providing a robust technology platform to achieve our goal of managing 26 properties in the next couple of years.”
Expressing his views, Brijesh Surendran, Senior Vice President of Sales at Hotelogix, said, "We are excited about transforming the hotel industry with a cloud ecosystem and are committed to help hotel groups who want to make the most out of it. We are happy about helping Mirada Group with a smooth transition to our modern and comprehensive cloud platform.”
