Matteo Pagni, Head of Digital Marketing at Blastness, will look at how online visibility is really changing and why hotels should prepare now. The session addresses the shift from traditional search engine optimisation towards generative engine optimisation (GEO), as AI-powered search tools change the way travellers find and evaluate accommodation.
The evolution of payment systems: automation, security and control
The second session presents a new approach to hotel payments designed to boost efficiency and revenue. It will be delivered by Marco D'Amore, Product Owner of Blastness Pay, and Alex Varvello, Head of Hospitality at Adyen Italia. Blastness and Adyen have collaborated on BlastnessPay, a payments platform for hotels that automates collections, pre-authorisations and refunds, which was due to be formally presented at the TTG trade fair in Rimini later the same week.
