Access Hospitality, the hospitality division of The Access Group, showcased Access Evo at ITB Asia 2026, held 21–23 October at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Singapore. Access Evo is the company's AI-enabled platform for bringing hotel data and workflows together so teams can see what needs attention and act on it.
What Access Evo does
- One screen to start the day: a personalised, role-based view that surfaces what needs a decision today.
- Answers from your data: staff can ask questions in plain English and see the figures behind each answer.
- Single-task actions: users can ask Access Evo to carry out a specific task within rules the hotel sets.
- Routine automation: repeat steps run on team-defined rules, cutting manual follow-up.
Connected across products
Access Evo is designed to work across Access Hospitality's Channel Manager, Booking Engine and Revenue Management System, as well as third-party systems connected through integrations, giving teams one view of booking, distribution and revenue data.
Humans stay in control
Rules-based tasks run only within boundaries the hotel defines, and higher-risk outputs are returned for human approval. Access Hospitality notes that capabilities are being introduced progressively and availability varies by product, plan and market.
At the show, Access Hospitality's Nicola Longfield also spoke in a session titled "Beyond the Buzzword: AI, Connected Systems and the Future of the Guest Experience". The team exhibited at booth B177.
