The upscale Monaco Hotel at The Heart of Europe is leveraging Infor Hospitality Management Solution (HMS) and Infor Sales & Event Management software to set new standards in guest satisfaction.
The trendy Monaco Hotel, boasting 198 rooms, has successfully implemented Infor's industry-specific HMS and is preparing to launch the Infor event management solution. Following suit, the Nice Hotel, featuring 272 rooms and located on the same island, will adopt both solutions within a few months.
By utilizing Infor HMS, the Côte d'Azur Monaco Hotel can seamlessly gather and utilize integrated data from various touchpoints to deliver a personalized and consistent experience to its guests. The solution enables the hotel to offer services like self-check-in and empowers guests to customize their preferences for dining, entertainment, and more through their mobile devices. Consequently, guest experience is improved while hotel staff productivity is boosted, allowing them to allocate resources to more critical tasks, such as enhancing customer service.
Through Infor Sales & Event Management, the hotel aims to streamline its event and catering management processes, which is particularly crucial for large events held at The Heart of Europe. The software automates the entire booking process, from initial inquiries to final invoicing, and can be customized to support each stage of the event lifecycle.

Dubai's luxury travel sector is experiencing significant growth, with the emirate earning $29.4 billion from international tourists in 2022, making it the leading city for international tourist spending according to the World Travel and Tourism Council. Additionally, Dubai received 14.36 million international overnight visitors in 2022, a 97% YoY increase from the 7.28 million arrivals in 2021, as reported by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism.
