RobosizeME has raised $2 million in seed funding, led by SeedTwo Capital with participation from Sparking Capital, BrightCap Ventures, Botanique Hospitality, and several Czech angel investors. The investment will support the company’s mission to automate repetitive operational workflows across hotel portfolios and expand its footprint within the global hospitality technology ecosystem.
Despite
generating more than $580 billion in annual revenue, much of the hotel
industry’s back-office operations remain heavily manual. Processes across
reservations, finance, revenue management, and guest services often consume
significant staff time while increasing the risk of errors and operational
inefficiencies.
RobosizeME
is addressing this challenge by deploying AI-enabled automation designed
specifically for hospitality workflows. By embedding digital workers directly
into existing systems, the company enables operators to streamline high-volume
tasks, reduce costs, and redirect teams toward guest-facing and
revenue-generating activities.
Roger
Sholanki, Founder of SeedTwo Capital, highlighted the scale of the opportunity:
“Hospitality
is one of the most operationally complex industries in the world, yet many core
processes are still highly manual. RobosizeME delivers immediate ROI by
embedding automation directly into existing workflows, and we’re excited to
support the team as they scale globally.”
Sparking
Capital also emphasized its confidence in both the market and the founding
team. Vlad Sarca, General Partner at Sparking Capital, noted that the company
combines deep operational expertise with global ambition — positioning it well
to become a long-term leader in hospitality automation.
Founded
by hospitality veteran and Sciant co-founder Stephen Burke, RobosizeME
integrates with PMS, CRS, POS, and financial platforms to deliver automation as
a managed service. The platform operates continuously, enabling chain-level
workflow execution without requiring additional headcount.
Early
results demonstrate measurable impact. One U.S. hotel group reportedly saved over
$1 million in labor costs within a year, achieving payback in under twelve
months through automated workflows.
Stephen
Burke, CEO of RobosizeME, said the funding reinforces the company’s vision:
“We founded RobosizeME to give hospitality teams their time back. This investment validates both our traction and our approach. With the support of SeedTwo Capital and Sparking Capital, we will accelerate the deployment of AI-enabled automation that works alongside human teams and delivers strong, measurable ROI.”
The
funding reflects growing momentum around vertical SaaS and AI solutions
designed to simplify operational complexity in hospitality. As hotel groups
continue to seek greater efficiency, standardization, and scalability across
multi-property portfolios, workflow automation is becoming an increasingly
strategic priority.
RobosizeME’s
automation capabilities are already trusted by major hotel brands including
Design Hotels, The Dorchester Collection, Global Hotel Alliance, Kempinski,
Loews Hotels, Louvre Hotels Group, and Radisson Hotel Group. The company’s
platform is supported by enterprise-grade security certifications including ISO
27001, GDPR, and PCI-DSS, reinforcing its positioning as a secure and scalable
automation partner.
With
the new investment, RobosizeME plans to expand product development, accelerate
market adoption, and strengthen its role in helping hotel groups modernize
operations through intelligent automation.
