RateGain Travel Technologies has been recognized at the People Matters Infini-T Awards India 2026 in the Skills Transformation (AI/Digital/Future Skills) category. The company announced the award on 27 August 2026.
What was recognized
The award acknowledges RateGain's work to build an AI-native workforce and to embed AI capability into the way employees learn, work and create value. Rather than stopping at awareness or training, the company focuses on helping staff build skills, experiment with AI and apply it to real business problems. RateGain's view is that AI transformation is as much a people and capability agenda as a technology one.
How the program works
RateGain's capability model mixes structured learning, hands-on experimentation, peer learning, leadership sponsorship and recognition. Initiatives include:
- Beyond Algorithms
- Peer Learning Workshops
- Hackathons built around real business problem statements
- An AI Champions Network for sharing solutions across teams
These are anchored by DELTA, RateGain's unified learning experience platform, which offers more than 75,000 resources from LinkedIn Learning, Go1 and internal experts covering AI, leadership, functional and technical skills.
Scale in FY25-26
- More than 15,000 learning hours delivered
- More than 5,600 learners engaged
- 12 global capability initiatives
- More than 800 employees enabled through AI capability programs
Comment
Sindhuja Parthasarathy, Vice President, HR Programs and Transformation at RateGain, said the award reflects a culture in which people are encouraged to "stay curious, experiment, learn and unlearn". She described building an AI-native organization as a collective journey and said it was encouraging to see employees take ownership of it.
Part of a wider strategy
The AI program sits within RateGain's broader People Development strategy, which in FY25-26 focused on organizational integration, an AI-native workforce and stronger leadership capability, including leadership development across career stages to prepare managers for integration, growth and AI-led change.
