The Motel One Group and dailypoint™ have expanded the scope of their existing agreement to additional areas including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Data Platform (CDP) and B2B Sales. Additionally, the software company based in Munich has carried out the technical migration of Motel One 110 properties systems to Oracle Opera Cloud, the hotel group Property Management solution, to connect them to dailypoint’s CDP through the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP).
The cornerstone of the expanded collaboration is Motel One’s implementation of dailypoint’s Customer Relationship Management and Customer Data Platform. With the goal of enhancing
the personalization of the guest experience, as well as managing customer communications in a systematic and more efficient way, Motel One will now be able to consolidate guest data from different sources into a unified bank and to reduce duplicated information in the IT systems.
At the same time, dailypoint’s Customer Data Platform will enable Motel One to offer a better service to its corporate customers: the structured processing of their data will improve the management and support of its B2B accounts. The migration to Oracle Opera Cloud solution will allow a bidirectional data flow between Motel One’s 110 properties and dailypoint’s Customer Data Platform in real-time, thus empowering the hotel group to make instant decisions based on current customer information.
