The announcement will be showcased during an upcoming webinar, The Next Curve in Hotel Analytics, taking place on April 23, 2026.
The shift reflects a broader industry challenge: while many analytics platforms provide data visualization, hotel teams are still required to interpret insights and translate them into action. Juyo’s approach aims to reduce this gap by enabling more conversational interaction with data, surfacing strategic insights in real time, and accelerating decision-making.
At the center of this development is “Kassandra,” Juyo’s AI capability designed to anticipate trends and support teams in making faster, more informed decisions.
Rather than functioning purely as a reporting tool, the platform is positioned to work alongside hotel teams, helping to move from question to decision in seconds.
The session will be led by Vassilis Syropoulos and Kristi Gusho, who will explore how this model of hospitality intelligence is applied in practice.
