Stayntouch has completed a full PMS migration across the Imperial London Hotels portfolio. The phased rollout finished with the cutover of the 1,379-room Royal National Hotel, which Stayntouch describes as the largest hotel in Western Europe and the biggest property to join its platform in EMEA so far.
Hotel by hotel
Morton, Bedford, Tavistock, President, City Sleeper, Royal National and The Imperial each moved to Stayntouch on schedule, one property at a time and without disruption, according to Stayntouch. The portfolio now runs one of Europe's largest hotels on the same platform as its boutique and mid-size properties.
Integrations and enhancements
During the rollout, single sign-on, invoicing, purchase order workflows and financial reporting enhancements were delivered in close coordination with Imperial's team.
Faster arrivals
Digital Registration Cards let guests complete pre-arrival details and sign registration digitally, reducing front-desk waits at all seven hotels. Stayntouch Kiosk adds self-service check-in and check-out, freeing staff at the high-volume Royal National to focus on service.
The operator's view
Neil Braude, COO at Imperial London Hotels, says moving seven properties "required careful coordination and a partner we could rely on throughout the process." He adds that a key factor in choosing Stayntouch "was not just the system but the people," and that bringing each hotel live on schedule "gave our teams confidence in the platform and in the partnership behind it."
About Imperial London Hotels
Imperial London Hotels is a family-run company that has welcomed guests in London since 1837 and is now managed by the seventh generation of the founding family. Based in Bloomsbury, its family of hotels includes the Bedford, Tavistock, President, Morton, Royal National, City Sleeper at Royal National and The Imperial, and it also operates Holiday Inn Bloomsbury.
Why it matters
The project shows a cloud-native PMS operating at enterprise scale in a single very large hotel while also serving smaller properties in the same group, with self-service tools helping manage high guest volumes.
