hotellab, the revenue management system (RMS) provider, has won two Gold awards at the Greek Hospitality Awards 2026: Best Greek Hotel A.I. Systems Supplier and Best Greek Hotel Technology Supplier. The company had taken Silver at last year's event.
A public vote by hoteliers made up 40% of the score, and the voting window was open for just four days. hotellab says that recognition from the people who use pricing tools every day was the part that mattered most to its team.
AI pricing with the reasoning shown
hotellab's AI reviews more than 100 factors for each room category several times a day, including booking pace, occupancy, competitor prices, market demand, seasonality and flight searches, and combines them into a single price recommendation per room category.
Among the newer features presented to the jury was AI Price Reasoning, which explains why a given rate is being suggested, such as a rise in demand or a move by a competitor. The final call stays with the hotel, which can accept the recommendation or override it.
One RMS, different hotel sizes
The platform is designed both for independent hotels that have no revenue manager and for chains with a full revenue team. Smaller properties get simpler pricing and performance tools, while larger hotels and groups can use more advanced settings and customisation. For resorts, a dedicated Resort Rate Shopper compares competitor rates across different lengths of stay and shows minimum-stay requirements.
Market data for the wider industry
hotellab also publishes the Greek Hotel Market Report, drawing on the hotel and market data it processes. Three editions have been released this year, available free on the hotellab and SETE websites.
