Revinate, a global leader in hospitality technology, announces its new CEO, Bryson Koehler — further strengthening its senior leadership team. Marc Heyneker, Revinate's co-founder and former CEO, becomes Chairman of the Board.
Koehler's return to the hospitality industry accelerates Revinate's plan of empowering hoteliers by giving them back distribution power with its purpose-built data platform powering direct revenue. This mission delivers profits for hoteliers across all direct channels.
Koehler has spent the last 15 years leading enterprise-grade technology and product teams while playing a key role in the go-to-market functions for three global data platform companies. Most recently, Koehler was the EVP at Equifax where he led global teams of product, technology, and data solutions. He has also served as the CTO of The Weather Company as well as the CTO of IBM's Watson and Cloud Platform. Prior to these, Koehler spent 10 years at IHG in technology leadership positions across their global distribution and revenue platforms.
"Bringing two of my passions together, data and hospitality, is very exciting. Revinate has built the most robust data platform in the industry and is delivering on the promise of truly personalized hospitality throughout the guest journey," says Koehler. "Superior guest data enhanced with progressive machine learning capabilities gives every hotelier the autonomy to make intelligent decisions and compete as they control their channel management."
Welcoming Koehler to the senior leadership team, Marc Heyneker, the founding CEO, says, "With almost 30 years of leadership working with data platforms, scaling technology, leveraging AI, and delivering winning global products, Bryson is the perfect leader to carry on Revinate's vision. He has been a friend even before we started — providing Revinate with technology and product advice for over 15 years."
"We have great momentum knowing that we have consistently delivered incredible results for customers. Over 12,000 hoteliers have made over $12.8 billion in direct revenue, expanding their NOI by reducing reliance on expensive third-party distribution channels," says Heyneker. Hotel businesses that run on Revinate can bank on superior operating results, improved hotel asset valuations, and ultimately happier guests, owners and operators.
