The adoption of Hotelogix's robust platform is part of the hotel's strategic initiative to diversify its property portfolio while simultaneously adhering to the stringent SITA requirements.

Before transitioning to Hotelogix, the Majestic Hotel operated using a solution that posed challenges in terms of integration with the mandatory SITA platform, essential for the collection and sharing of guest data with Qatar Tourism. Additionally, this previous system failed to seamlessly integrate with some of the hotel's preferred third-party solutions.
