Last week, Egyptian all-in-one PMS creators Kwentra organized an extensive three-day roadshow in the country’s leading tourist destinations: Cairo, Hurghada, and Sharm El-Sheikh. The event gathered international experts, local decision-makers, and global service providers to address common challenges and highlight practical solutions for hoteliers.
Kwentra’s roadshow event was intended to equip hoteliers with the know-how of digital hospitality management and the latest tools to enhance their business profits.

Mai Shalaby, CEO of Kwentra, kicked off the event with a comprehensive overview of the local hospitality scene in 2023 with some highlights on online businesses and insights on how Egyptian hoteliers can unlock their full business potential.
The event covered online distribution, revenue management tactics and solutions, guest experience and communication rationale and tools as well as digital guest payment facilities.
Head of Business Development - Middle East at STAAH, Jai Motihar, took the podium to illustrate the current stance of online distribution in hospitality and showcase how hotels can maximize their exposure, multiply sales on OTAs, and keep room rates updated at all times.
Moreover, Nikolaos Tsitsoulis, Hotellab’s Co-Founder and Commercial Director, shared valuable insights on revenue management strategies with diverse guest segments.
