In a strategic collaboration, ROOMDEX, a sole provider of Advanced Business Solutions (ABS) for hotel upselling, has unveiled a cutting-edge 2-way integration with Infor HMS, a state-of-the-art cloud-based hotel property management system. Infor, globally recognized as a leader in hospitality technology, boasts a diverse portfolio of over 20,000 partner hotels, resorts, and restaurants, empowering them to optimize revenue and profitability in the ever-evolving hospitality industry.

This pioneering 2-way integration empowers hotels to streamline their upselling processes, resulting in consistent and enhanced upsell revenue generation. ROOMDEX seamlessly interfaces with Infor HMS, accessing comprehensive configuration data and active reservations from the Property Management System (PMS). Subsequently, it calculates operational availability, aligns offer types with guest profiles, dynamically adjusts offer prices based on demand, and seamlessly records completed transactions within guest reservations in Infor HMS.

• Room-specific features, such as high-floor rooms or those away from elevators.
