Leading global payments technology company Adyen, along with ExploreTECH will be hosting an exclusive Hospitality Roundtable event titled, "A 5-Star Payment Experience" on Wednesday, 22 February 2023, at Adyen's Office, DIFC.
This event will bring together industry leaders to discuss the power of end-to-end payment solutions and the impact of technology on the Hospitality industry.
The event commences with a light breakfast, followed by an overview of Adyen, presented by Colin Ellis, Adyen's VP of Sales for the Middle East.
Attendees will also hear from Mansoor Khan, Adyen's VP of Middle East Hospitality, about the compatibility and value chain of payments in the Hospitality industry, risk management, and the differentiation of Adyen's value chain.
Tjalling van den Burger, Adyen VP of Enterprise Sales, will then present on integrated payment solutions in the food and beverage industry, including the "Pay at the Table" concept.
The event will also include a customer case story by Radi Karnib, Hilton Worldwide's Senior Director of Field Technology Services for MEA and Turkey, on how Hilton is using Adyen for their digital transformation across the globe.
ExploreTECH's COO Ralph Melis will conclude the sessions with a discussion on how technology is automating the Hospitality industry, allowing data to be shared across the technology infrastructure, and how it drives more engagement of customers.
The day's proceedings will conclude with a networking session, including light refreshments.
