Hotelogix, a leading global provider of cloud-based hospitality technology, has announced that Casa Diora in Saudi Arabia has chosen its Hotel Property Management System to streamline operations in line with the requirements of the Kingdom's National Tourism Monitoring Platform (NTMP) and The Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
Previously, Casa Diora, a hospitality establishment based in Saudi Arabia, managed its operations manually, preventing real-time sharing of guest data with the National Tourism Monitoring Platform. Additionally, adhering to The Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority for e-Invoicing posed a significant challenge for them.
Anees Akram, Operations & Sales Director at Casa Diora, explained their decision to adopt Hotelogix, saying, "Our top priority was compliance with local regulations, and we quickly realized that only modern cloud-based technology could help us achieve this goal. We assessed several options based on criteria such as automation, third-party integration, the NTMP and ZATCA interface, costs, and support. Ultimately, Hotelogix emerged as the clear choice."
Furthermore, Hotelogix has provided Casa Diora's management with a Mobile Hotel PMS App, allowing them to monitor hotel operations on the go. The solution also integrates with a Channel Manager and Web Booking Engine to boost sales through OTAs and the brand's website.
Brijesh Surendran, President of Sales at Hotelogix, welcomed Casa Diora to their rapidly expanding client base in Saudi Arabia, stating, "This is a testament to our commitment to helping Saudi Arabian hotels harness the power of the cloud to automate operations, enhance efficiency, and meet mandatory regulatory requirements."
