·       85% of hoteliers consider personalization a key driver of commercial value, believing it could generate over 5% incremental revenue.

·       43% of hoteliers are primarily focused on improving operational efficiencies during periods of high occupancy.

·       Hoteliers are eager to enhance and diversify their services to guests, with 43% emphasizing specific room attributes and 40% focusing on upselling room types and value-added amenities.
